Terms of Use

Last updated October 29, 2026. Vos Kost is run by Moshe Brach.

Free information only. Vos Kost is a free website that shows grocery prices copied from stores' public websites. It's for general information only.
No promise the prices are right. Prices, sales and stock change often and can be different in the store. We try to be accurate but we can't promise any price is correct, current or available. Always check with the store before you buy.
Not connected to any store. We are independent. Store names belong to their owners and are shown only to say where a price comes from.
Kashrus. We don't certify kashrus or vouch for any product or store. Check the hechsher and ask your Rav.
Use it fairly. Please use Vos Kost for your own shopping. Don't copy the whole site, overload it, or use it for anything illegal.
No liability. Vos Kost is given "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or cost that comes from using it or relying on a price shown here.
Changes. We may change the site or these terms at any time. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law. These terms follow the laws of the State of New York.

These terms are a plain-English template, not legal advice.
